2. Why choose a metal business card over paper?

Metal cards are sturdier, more weather-resistant, and harder to lose. Their premium feel helps you stand out—many recipients keep them, unlike paper cards.

Process: Laser engraved and individually quality-checked

4. Can I get custom designs?

Yes. Every order includes design support from a dedicated artist. Production only begins after you approve the final artwork.

5. What’s the cost per card?

Custom matte-black metal cards start at $4.98 each (front-side artwork only). Adding back-side artwork or other upgrades may incur additional fees.

6. What is your order and payment policy?

Orders are accepted only from customers over 18 with a valid credit or debit card. A contract is formed once you approve the artwork or receive email confirmation of dispatch.

7. What is your return and refund policy?

• 30-day full refund: For unused items in original packaging
• Partial refunds: After 30 days; no refunds after 60 days
• No refunds: On approved custom artwork
• Cancellations: After 15 days incur a 65% fee

8. Are exchanges possible?

No, we do not offer exchanges.

9. Are shipping fees refundable?

No. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

11. What is your holiday/production schedule?

We observe the following holidays: Juneteenth (June 19), Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Training may also close production temporarily (e.g., June 6–13).

14. How do I place an order?

Placing an order with MCC Services Inc. is simple. Follow these steps:

2. Choose your product: Click on the product you’re interested in (e.g., Custom Metal Business Cards).
3. Select your options: Choose the quantity, card style, and any artwork options. Upload your logo or design if applicable.
4. Add to cart: Once your selections are made, click Add to Cart.
5. Proceed to checkout: Click the cart icon and follow the prompts to check out. Enter your shipping and billing details.
6. Make payment: Use a valid debit or credit card to complete the transaction.
7. Approve your design: Within a few days, our design team will email you a proof of your card. You must approve it before we begin production.
8. Production & shipping: Once approved, your cards will be produced and shipped according to the turnaround time provided.
