There are absolutely NO REFUNDS AFTER 60 DAYS.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. PLEASE KEEP YOUR RECEIPT, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please provide your order number with your email request for return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition; is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturing error.
  • Cancellation on non-completed orders within 60 days.



Once your return parcel is received, we will send you an email notification. Once your card return has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method, within seven to ten business days from the date of approval.

Shipping Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Custom Engraved Business Cards

Due to the nature of the approval process of the Custom Engraved Business Cards, each card design is approved by the client and sent to the lab. A client’s expressed approval constitutes acceptance of the custom order and is non-refundable.

Therefore, there are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS on client-approved artwork.



All cancellations on non-completed orders after 15 days will be subject to a 65% cancellation fee.

There are absolutely no refunds after 30 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
